Cooking Instructions

Make a gelatin at first (5g gelatin soak in the30g water)

Oatmeal to flour
- 3
Mix ingredients (except gelatin) in the pot with medium heat and stir
- 4
Once it becomes boiling point, stops heat and add gelatin mixture. continue mixing with a spatula with out heat
- 5
Continue mixing until cool it down (it will be getting thicker)
- 6
Put it in the cup and refrigerate more than 2 hours
