Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupdiced potatoes
  2. 2large eggs
  3. 2 tablespoonwater
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonflour
  5. 1seasoning cube
  6. Oil
  7. 1 tablespoonpepper paste
  8. 1small onion, diced
  9. Salt (optional)

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Add a pinch of salt to your diced potatoes, mix well and deep fry on moderate heat, when done strain excess oil

    Mix the flour with water, break in two eggs, add pepper and onion together with seasoning cube, mix well,

  3. 3

    Now pour the egg mixture into the fried potatoes, cover and allow to cook, when done flip the other side and allow to cook also

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy 😋😋😋
    I served mine with hot tea.
