Just my take on Lake Erie Tartar Sauce, Perch or Pickerel, deep fried beer batter.

Ingredients

overnight
8 servings
  1. 1/2small onion, fine mince
  2. 1large pepperoncini, minced
  3. 1 1/2 tbs.Miracle Whip
  4. 2 1/2 tbs.Hellman's Mayonaise
  5. 1 tbs.Sweet Pickle Relish
  6. 1/2 tsp.Sriracha Rooster Sauce
  7. 3generous dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Cooking Instructions

overnight
  1. 1

    FINELY Mince and DICE the onion and pepperoncini.

  2. 2

    Add the sweet pickle relish.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients and condiments and mix.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate the final mixture overnight and serve with your lakefish.
