Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMayonnaise
  • 1 mediumPickled Cucumber or Gherkins
  • 1 smallWhite Onion
  • 1 tspChopped Parsley

  1. 1

    Chop the onion and cucumber and mix it with mayonnaise in a container add chopped parsley. Now tartar sauce is ready.

  2. 2

    Serve as a sauce with fish dishes. If you add mayonnaise with tomato ketchup it will be called Cocktail Sauce.

  3. 3

    Note: Capers,Chives also.can be added as a choice. Thanks for reading my recipe.
