  1. 200 gmbesan
  2. 8white bread slice
  3. 4boiled potatoes
  4. as neededWater
  5. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  6. 1/2turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspchaat masala
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. as per need Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take big bowl mix besan, suji with help of water mix it well make smooth paste

    Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and ajwain. Mix it well without any lumps.

    Keep a side for 5 min..

    Take pan add 2 tbsn oil add boiled mashed potatoes and all the spices in it.. Mix it well.

    Take one slice spread potatoes paste on it and cover it with another slice of bread..

    And cut into triangle shape. And heat the oil at medium flame.

    Deep the slice into besan paste and deep fry it. Until it comes golden brown..

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney as you wish..
