Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspeas fresh boiled
  2. 1 cupPaneer cubes (150gms)
  3. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilly powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  7. 1onion medium sized cubed
  8. 3 tspoil for frying paneer
  9. 2 podsgarlic
  10. 1small piece ginger
  11. 2medium sized tomatoes
  12. Black salt as per taste
  13. 12cashew nuts soaked in water
  14. 1 tbspcurd
  15. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  16. Little butter and fresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Grind together onion,coriander powder and chilli powder

  2. 2

    Grind soaked cashews to smooth paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil and fry paneer cubes till golden colour and remove

  4. 4

    In the same oil, fry onion mixture, add green peas and sauté

  5. 5

    Add tomato pulp, ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute.

  6. 6

    Add little water and Cook till peas become soft. Add fried paneer and simmer.

    Add cashew paste and beaten curd, add garam masala powder.

  8. 8

    Mix well, bring it to boil.

    Lastly add little butter and fresh cream.

  10. 10

    Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with roti or paratha or nan.
