Ingredients

  1. full cream milk
  2. 1 tbspyoghurt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk and let it cool until you dip your finger and it will bear the heat

  2. 2

    Mix the lukewarm milk in the yoghurt and let it rest for about good 8 hours

  3. 3

    To speed up the process you may add a whole green chilli but I think in this hot season it is not necessary
