  1. Cooked yam
  2. Toma pepper paste
  3. Scotchbonnets
  4. Spring onions & carrots
  5. Peas, green beans & green pepper
  6. Mixed spices
  7. cubesSeasoning
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Sliced onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add the vegetable oil, tomapepper paste and sliced scotchbonnet to fry

  2. 2

    Add the peas, seasoning cubes, mixed spices keep frying,

  3. 3

    Add the chopped carrots, spring onions & green beans keep stirring.

  4. 4

    Reduce the flame & allow it for 5mins. Enjoy 💃🤩

  5. 5

    Keep frying until a bit soft, add the cooked chopped yam and stir.

  6. 6

    Add the sliced onions & a little hot water
