Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. 3large eggs
  3. Tomatoes, scotchbonnetsb& onion
  4. Seasoning cubes, curry, mixed spices & thyme
  5. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel & cook the yam until soft, strain & chop it.

  2. 2

    Blend the scotchbonnet & slice the tomatoes and onion, add vegetable, pour in a pot & set on flame to fry.

    Add all the spices,curry & seasoning cubes all together & fry.

  4. 4

    Crack in a bowl the egg & add a pinch of salt, seasoning cube & thyme, whisk & pour in the pot,cover from 2mins.

  5. 5

    Scramble & add the chopped yam, reduce the flame & keep frying until golden brown. Enjoy 💃🥰🤩🍽️
