Steps

Peel and wash your potatoes and yam. Dice and sprinkle some salt. Fry them separately. Keep aside.

In a pot, add little oil, sliced onion, scotch bonnets,diced carrots and green beans. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add your seasoning and spices, stir well. Then add little water, cover and bring it to a boil.

Then add in the fried yam and potatoes. Stir fry for few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
