  • chicken breast
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • red pepper
  • Seasonings
  • spices
  • Oil

  1. 1

    Peel the yam and wash it

  2. 2

    Cut it to a cube shape and fry it, but don't over fry it

  3. 3

    Cook it with seasonings and spices, and then fry it

  4. 4

    Cut the chicken breast and wash

  5. 5

    Add the blend mix in a frying pan and stir fry

  6. 6

    Add the chicken, yam and little of seasoning mix every thing together

  7. 7

    Add a little of spinach and cook for 3 min

  8. 8

    Wash the tomatoes, red pepper and onions and blend

  9. 9

    Enjoy
