Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. 1large egg
  3. Scotch bonnets
  4. onion
  5. cubeSeasoning
  6. curry
  7. Flour
  8. pinchsalt
  9. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel & wash the yam, grate it & add grated scotchbonnet & onions,

  2. 2

    Add the seasoning cube, pinch of salt & curry, mix all together.

  3. 3

    Add the egg & mix, add little flour as shown & mix

  4. 4

    Scoop & deep fry in hot oil. Enjoy 💃
