Cooking Instructions

Beat sugar+butter in mixer until white And fluffy

Then you add the egg +flavour and beat until smooth

Divide dough into 2 equal half
Gently fold 100g flour + 10g cornstarch for the plain
And add 60g flour + 40g cocoa powder + 10g cornstarch for the dark cookie - 4
Transfer the dough into piping bag attached with your 1m nozzle

Line your baking pan with parchment paper
Pipe the cookies dough on the parchment paper - 6
Bake for 15-20min on low heat
