Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAP flour
  2. 1/4 cupvanilla protein powder
  3. 1 tbspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspsugar free syrup
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1 cupwater (more if needed)
  8. 2-3eggs
  9. 1-2 cupsMini chocolate chips if wanted. Also you can add peanut butter chips, m&m, Reese’s peeces, coconut flakes, Carmel chips, funfetti/jimmies, eggnog, cinnamon. Add ins are great!

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk dry ingredients together, then add wet. Mix well til consistency of pancake batter (like thick pudding)

    Spray pan before each batch of pancakes are made. Cook on low 3/4 heat.
