  1. 1/2 bunchbroccoli
  2. 1egg
  3. 1small red bell pepper
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1small green pepper
  6. cubeSeasoning
  7. Ginger powder (optional)
  8. Salt
  9. Butter/Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your vegetables thoroughly

  2. 2

    Chop your vegetables to desired sizes

  3. 3

    Break and whisk egg. Add salt and seasoning to taste

  4. 4

    To prepare the broccoli, boil some water with salt. Pour in broccoli and allow to simmer for 5mins then drain

  5. 5

    Melt your butter in a pan of you're using butter or pour in your oil of choice and saute your vegetables for 3mins

  6. 6

    Pour in the egg and when it starts to cook, scramble it up

  7. 7

    Broccoli and scrambled eggs is ready!

  8. 8

    Serve with rice, yam, plantain, etc
