  1. 5Large eggs
  2. 2seasoning cubes
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1Large onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1scotch bonnet
  7. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium bowl, Dice all the vegetables into cubes.

    Break all the eggs and add the seasonings then whisk until all combined.

  3. 3

    In a medium heat pour the vegetable oil in a non stick frying pan.

  4. 4

    Pour the eggs mixture and turn until done. Serve better with fries.
