Cooking Instructions

First clean and wash chicken with salt and hot water

Cook in a pressure cooker by a pressure adding salt,water and turmeric powder for 10min

Meanwhile keep tempering ready

Heat oil in a pan

Add chopped onions

Saute for 2min

Add ginger garlic paste and all dry spices

Mix well

Add cooked chicken

Saute and cook for 5min

Turned off flame

Add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

Jhatpat dry chicken is ready to serve
