1 cupwatermelon pieces
100 gpaneer
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 tbspchickpea flour
1 tspgaram masala powder
1 tspfennel seed powder
1 tbspcream
2 tspsalt
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
1 tspchopped mint and coriander leaves
1 tbspolive oil

First of all add chickpea flour and all the ingredients in cream and marinate paneer and watermelons for 15 min
2

Now grill it on pan or in oven
3

Now serve it with chutney or sauce. I've served it with tomato sauce
