Moong dal pakoda are quick, crunchy and tasty snack made with moong dal, spices and herbs. Pakora also known as pakoda is one of the most enjoyed tea time snack in India. Perfect in monsoon..just enjoy it 🌧🌨
Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak dal for 3-4 hrs. Chop ginger and chilli. Now add in a mixer jar also add dal and coarsely grind it
Add small amount of water if required. - 2
Now add dry masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Slit green chilies and chop onions.

Heat the kadai add oil and fry green chilli first. Then add small size pakora in oil. Gry them in medium hot oil.

Flip the pakora and fry them till they get golden brown. Take in a paper napkin.

Now our moong dal vada/pakora is ready to serve. Here I have served with fried green chilli, garlic chutney & chopped onions.
