Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong Dal
  2. 2Green Chillies
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 2 cupsSweet Yogurt
  5. As RequiredOil to deep fry
  6. 1 tspGreen chutney
  7. 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli Powder
  9. As RequiredCoriander leaves chopped
  10. 1 tbspPomegranate
  11. 1 tbspSev
  12. 1 tbspBundi

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.

    Grind it after removing water along with green chilies and salt.

  3. 3

    The batter for vada is ready. Shape it into round balls.

  4. 4

    Now, deep fry the balls in hot oil and keep them aside.

  5. 5

    Beat the yogurt nicely and add salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Mix well.

    Add the fried vadas and mix well.

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate, Sev, and cumin powder. Serve and enjoy!
