Cooking Instructions

Get a clean large bowl, sieve flour inside the bowl

Add yeast, sugar and pinch of salt

Mix all dry ingredients together
- 4
Add water, use spatula or your clean hand to mix everything together until well combined and smooth
- 5
Cover the mixture and keep it in warm place and let it ride for about 30min until double in size
- 6
After it risen, set your pan on fire pour oil and heat the oil. Start scooping the puff and fry till golden brown
- 7
Enjoy your puff puff with hot tea or drink
