Ingredients

  1. 2 cupUncooked rice
  2. Halve cup Beans
  3. 1/4Yeast
  4. 4tblsp Sugar
  5. 1/8Baking powder (optional)
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and remove the beans coat and set aside for later use

  2. 2

    Wash your rice with clean water

  3. 3

    Blend together the washed rice and beans

  4. 4

    Put your mixture in a bowl and add the yeast,leave for 4-5 hour until it rise(you can put your mixture under the sun to rise faster)

  5. 5

    After it done you can then add your sugar to your taste

  6. 6

    Grease your pan with vegetable oil (I prefer masa pan)

  7. 7

    Add your mixture in the pan,when the down side is brown you can then turn it over.

    Remove from pan and set aside. your masa is ready
