This recipe is common across northern nigeria, I usually make every Friday night for my family.
Cooking Instructions

You’ll soak the rice over night or for 24 hour for better result

Blend it with a little onion for aroma and add yeast and the yogurt

Cover it for 20 minutes or until or rises well.
Add sugar, salt and baking powder - 4
We usually have special pan to fry it but it’s hard for me to get it where I live so I use small frying pan to fry. Fry it until golden brown.

Eat with miyar taushe (I will drop the recipe for it)
