Ingredients

24 hours
5 people
  1. 4 cupsflour pinch of salt
  2. tablespoon of yeast
  3. teaspoon of baking powder
  4. Water to soak the rice
  5. pinch of salt
  6. teaspoon of plain or Greek yogurt (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    You’ll soak the rice over night or for 24 hour for better result

    Blend it with a little onion for aroma and add yeast and the yogurt

  3. 3

    Cover it for 20 minutes or until or rises well.
    Add sugar, salt and baking powder

    We usually have special pan to fry it but it’s hard for me to get it where I live so I use small frying pan to fry. Fry it until golden brown.

    Eat with miyar taushe (I will drop the recipe for it)
