  2. 1green chilli
  3. 1/4 tbspmustard seed
  4. 1/4 tbsp cumin seed
  5. 1/4 tbspred chilli
  6. 1/4 tbspturmeric
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 2 handfulpoha
  9. As RequiredCoriander leaves
  10. 1chopped potato optional
  11. 2 tbspgroundnuts
  12. As RequiredLemon juice optional

    Take a poha in a bowl, add some water, drain it, and keep it aside.

    Now heat k pan adds 1tabs oil, offer heat ing firstly add ground nuts, fry it and take out in a plate, now add green chili, crackle it, add cumin n mustard seed, add onion in it, saute 2 min now add dry spice turmeric powder, red chili powder, add soaked poha in it.

    Mix well, add ground nuts, and salt again mix well, after 2min remove from gas, garnish with green coriander leaves, add lemon juices, and enjoy.
