Ingredients

  1. 200 gshitake mushroom
  2. 150 goyster mushroom
  3. 100 gyoung corn
  4. 150 gsnow pea
  5. 80 gfried tofu skin
  6. 250 mlhot water
  7. 2 tablespoonslight soya sauce
  8. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  9. 4 tablespoonsmirin
  10. 4 tablespoonscooking oil
  11. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
  12. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut young corn to small size or slice.

    Trim snow peas of both ends by hand. Pull out the fibrous "vein" on the straight edge, if any.

    Remove the stalk, cut shitake mushroom to small size or slice.

  4. 4

    Shred oyster mushroom by hand.

  5. 5

    With the tofu skin still inside the packing, gently break it into pieces by hand.

    Heat up cooking oil in the frying pan with medium heat. Stir fry both young corn and snow peas for about 2 minutes.

    Add the oyster mushroom, cook for another 2 minutes.

    When the oyster mushroom started to release its moisture, add shitake mushroom. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    Add oyster sauce, light soya sauce, mirin, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and hot water. Mix evenly.

    Add tofu skin, simmer for 5 minutes.

    Ready to serve.
