  2. Boiled offals
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Red bell pepper
  5. Onions
  6. 6 cubeMaggi
  7. Ginger
  8. Garlic
  9. Salt
  10. 1 halfteaspoon of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your scotch bonnet, red pepper and onion and blend

  2. 2

    In a pot add your vegetable oil,add onions,ginger, garlic, cinnamon powder and fry on a low heat for 5 mintues

  3. 3

    Add your blend vegetable and boiled offals add water and bring to boil for 15 mintues

  4. 4

    Wash your rice and add to the pot cook for 30 mintues

  5. 5

    Serve
