Moong dal is full of protein so healthy to consume it in a morning breakfast. You can cook moonglet, vada, dhokla, handvo etc from moong dal. You can also use green moong dal with skin its good and healthy version as its full of fiber.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2yellow moong dal
  2. 2 tsprice flour
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 2 tspfresh coriander leaves
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4turmeric powder
  8. Salt as par taste
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Serving:green chutney & ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak moong dal for 2 hrs. Then grind along with chilies and ginger. Transfer in a bowl and add dry masala, salt and coriander leaves.

    Our batter is ready so heat a tawa apply oil and wipe out using kitchen napkin. Now pour a full ladern batter on tawa and spread it to make chilla.

    Sprinkle some oil and flip it as it becomes bit dry. Apply oil on another side and cook it well.

    Our moong dal chilla is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tea/coffee and green chutney and ketchup.
