Spinach Moong Dal Chilla

Wash and Soak moong dal for 4 hours.

Strain the water and transfer it in a mixer. Add spinach, ginger, garlic, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves.

Grind it to a smooth paste.

Mix salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, asafoetida and lemon juice. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick griddle. Grease it with little cooking Oil. Spread a ladle full of mixture on griddle and spread it in round. Spread cooking Oil all around the chilla. Roast for 2-3 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also for 2 minutes.

Like wise make all the chillas.

Serve hot with green chutney.
