Stuffed bread

This recipe also originated from the love for bread in my family. My kids love bread so much that I have to go all out for different ways to enjoy our dear bread 😋🥰
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Use a rolling pin to press your bread slices flat.Set them aside.
- 2
In a pan fry your onions, add garlic/ ginger.Add in your pepper and keep frying for 2_3 mins.
- 3
Add in your minced meat or sausage.keep cooking.
- 4
Add in your other spices,maggi/ salt to taste. Then you bring down and allow to cool.
- 5
Now bring one flattened bread slice, scoop a spoonful of your meat into half of the bead.
Put a little water in a cup. Then use your finger, dip it into the water and use it to wet the edges of your bread.
Fold over the other part of your bread that is empty onto that side which contains your meat. - 6
Ensure you get a rectangular shape(like an envelope).Use your finger to press the edges together to seal up your enveloped meat. Now do so for all the bread slices.
- 7
Break your eggs in a bowl and whisk.
- 8
Pick your envelop, dip into the egg.Remove quickly so that your bread doesn't soak too much eggs. Then place it into your bread crumbs.Make sure your bread is well covered with the crumbs.
- 9
Put little oil on fire fire and fry your bread on medium heat
- 10
Note: Don't deep fry.
Fry immediately after breadcrumbing

When I uploaded my recipe for reindeer bread previously, it got a great response. I thought that Santa Claus bread would make a good match to creative a festive air.If you put the piece of bread that defines the hat just on the edge of the face bread, it may fall off during the 2nd rising, so place it a bit on the inside of the outer edge. It does take some effort to form the bread, so make sure not to let the dough dry out while you work. You could also draw on the face using a chocolate decorating pen. Egg-free Soft and Springy Bread Egg-free Soft and Springy Bread
I wanted to make a fluffy bread without using eggs. I refrained from using eggs for my daughter's sake, and we can also eat it without worry since it is made at home. It turned into a nice and fluffy bread without using eggs. You don't need milk either! Make 8-10, wrap up the rest, and store it in the freezer. Tips: When you want to eat the frozen bread, first microwave and then toast it to enjoy the pure fluffiness.Make sure to wrap the dough to keep it from drying out. Wait until the dough has properly risen. It will be sticky and hard to knead when you add in the margarine, but it will soon come together. Gently handling the dough after deflating it will yield a fluffy and delicious bread. Recipe by Yuimamarin cookpad.japan -

I made this because I had ripen bananas and leftover bread ♡I used chocolate syrup I had in the house. You can make it with matcha or cocoa too.It takes a bit longer, but it really tastes good if you soak the bread well in the egg mixture in Step 6.If the bread seems to be getting too brown while baking, cover the baking dish with foil. ^^ Recipe by marimo2020 cookpad.japan -
