Ingredients

Rising 45mins, cooking 30mins
4 servings
  1. 2 cupssemolina
  2. 1tblspn yeasts
  3. 1tblspn milk powder
  4. 2tblspn sugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1tblspn oil
  7. 1/2tspn baking powder

Cooking Instructions

Rising 45mins, cooking 30mins

    Mix everything in a bowl.

    Add water and mix well until thoroughly combined.

    Beat the mixture for about 3mins, then cover and let it rise well in a warm place.

    When done rising, put pan on fire and spray a little oil,

    Scoop the batter using hands or spoon,spread it well,

  6. 6

    Cover the pan and cook for 2 mins, and flip the other side too to cook, don't cover the pan at this time,

    Remove from heat when done.
    And serve.with Kuli Kuli and oil
