Ingredients

  1. 3 cupssemolina flour
  2. 4tblspn sugar
  3. 1tblspn yeast
  4. 4tblspn butter
  5. Halftspn Baking powder
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Halftspn nutmeg
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 3tblspn powderd milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, and add the egg, and warm water to mix, add the butter in batches until you get a soft smooth dough,

    Keep in a warm place and lets it double in size. Flatten it on a clean surface and cut the doughnut shape, keep it in a warm place covered.

    Fry it after it haas rise for 20mins. Fry in medium low heat.

    For the decorations.
    Mix 2tblspn of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon sugar, melt them in a sauce pan with a pinch of butter. Keep aside

    Mix powderd milk and sugar in a sauce pan and melt it on low heat stir and remove from heat. Keep aside

  6. 6

    Now when the donut has cool down, use the two ✌️ mixture to decorate your donut as desired.
