Semolina pancakes
I had a craving for pancakes but I was out of flour, so I decided to try it with semolina and it was good. Soft and fluffy just like any other pancake 😋
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, break the egg and whisk. Add the oil, whisk.
- 2
Add sugar and whisk together well. Add 1 cup of water and mix well.
- 3
Add more water if it’s too thick. The batter should be a little thicker than the normal pancakes. Cover and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 4
Add the salt, baking powder and semolina and mix well.
- 5
Flip to the other side when bubbles appear. Repeat until all the batter is finished.
- 6
Heat up the frying pan, add a little bit of oil or butter. Scoop some of the pancake batter and pour into the heated pan.
- 7
Hope you enjoy this like I did
- 8
Pancakes are done. Serve with honey or syrup and fruits or tea 😋😋 (had mine with chocolate syrup 🤤)

NB: I realize pancakes flip easier the smaller they are and they look much cuter too🥰 so one ladle full is enough.

Easy Homemade Pancakes Easy Homemade Pancakes
When I lived overseas, I couldn't buy pancake mix, so I referred to various recipes and made my own. I aimed to make it delicious and easy to follow. If there is remaining oil on the frying pan, the pancakes won't look good, so be sure to completely wipe it off.The yogurt and milk should be 100 ml together, so adjust the amounts as you prefer. When mixing together the egg and sugar, mix it REAL well to make fluffy, cake-like pancakes.
