    Wash and strain ofals, in a pressure pot add ofals, add in onion, salt and cloves powder, add little water and close the pot let it on fire for 15mins

    Remove on heat Add in scotch bonnet, onion, locust beans, seasoning, all the spices, Irish potatoes and oil stir all together and add little more water

  3. 3

    Put back on fire and let it on for 15mins, add in carrots and green pepper cover the pot until well cooked and the soup is stiff
