Just simple Ratatouille!
The most important part is pleasure of cutting and preparing vegetables!
I didn’t even check proper recipe but kept stirring vegetables.

Ingredients

1 hour
3 - 4 people
  1. 3-4medium onions
  2. 3garlic cloves
  3. 3bell peppers (paprika)
  4. 5-6 tomato’s
  5. 2-3 Zucchini
  6. Olive oils
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

1 hour
  1. 1

    Cut all vegetables

  2. 2

    Start fry garlic fist in the middle of pan

  3. 3

    When garlic is slightly golden put onions

  4. 4

    Keep stirring and frying till onions get soft and clear

  5. 5

    Add tomato and cook until loses form

  6. 6

    Keep stirring and cook

  7. 7

    Add rest of the vegetables and keep cooking

  8. 8

    When all of other vegetables get soft and well cook it’s all done!
