Lagana (Greek Bread)
Monday was our Clean Monday or Ash Monday, and is the day we usually bake the Greek Bread “Lagana”. I am sure you have seen other photos of Lagana from other Food Bloggers that look gorgeous 🙂 (Great Work fellow bloggers!!) mine doesn’t look like much, I know, but it does taste very good. 🙂Now, you might be wondering why my bread isn’t oval shaped, well like I have mentioned before my kitchen is quite small and I have very limited counter space. 🙂 (I don’t mind though I do my best with what I have). 🙂 So, I used a baking pan that I have and just used my fingers to push it out into a oval shape. This bread is so thin that you can actually use it to dip into the delicious dips you enjoy eating, or you can spread your dip onto the Lagana. 🙂 or even make delicious thin sandwiches….:)

Cheese Stuffed Bread
This is my mother's pizza dough recipe, but I just used it to make beehive chhese stuffed bread :)

The One With The Lebanese Pita Bread
Living in the United States has its positives and negatives. One of the negatives of living in the United States is missing out on easy access to the most common traditional things my country has to offer, like our bread. Pita bread is an essential item in every Arab woman's kitchen, so today I made this for my husband because my loving husband eats our bread with E-Bhi-E-Aur-Y-T-Hai-I-And-G so I researched a lot of recipes till I came up with my own that felt like the perfect fit for me. I hope you like it! ❤️

Non-Dairy Honey Wheat bread
This makes a slightly sweet bread, but I think it balances well as sandwich bread with mayo anddeli meat. I use Soy products due to a Diary allergy. But I have found that there is actually nothingI am missing out on, because so far, I have been able to replicate it great without using any dairy.

Bread
We ran out of bread but it's a long line at the supermarket. Our city is still in community quarantine. I have to make bread. I have no bread flour so I used all purpose flour instead. I also don't have a loaf pan so I just used a tray. I also tried putting a simple slash design on the loaf but it didn't work 😅

Extremely Soft White Bread (Bread Machine)
Found this recipe as needed a really soft loaf for bread machine

Challah Bread
I am not Jewish myself but I tried this bread once and was hooked. I have been trying to replicate it and I finally found the perfect recepie.

Milk Bread
This milk bread with homemade yeast is my favorite bread recipe that I bake often []. Recently, I haven't had time to make homemade yeast (sob!) so I made the bread with cheap and easy dry yeast. It still tastes good so I wrote it all down.Keep kneading until the gluten is well-developed. The rising and baking steps will make a big difference in the final product so please monitor carefully and decide for yourself. I like a light-colored bread so halfway through baking I lowered the oven temperature but if you prefer a darker color keep the oven temperature as is. For 1 loaf. Recipe by Lesser Panda

Pandemayne (white bread)
Having to make this for a Medieval project for my history class, and I found it to be really delicious! It was my first time ever making bread, and it turned out extremely great! This recipe makes about two loaves of bread

Hand-Kneaded Bread with Vegetable Oil
Bread made with butter is so delicious, but butter is expensive. I thought that I might be able to make bread using vegetable oil, so I tried, and it was pretty good I think this bread is good enough for your everyday bread. You could also use vegetable oil, but I recommend canola oil.You could just use more milk to replace the heavy cream. To make savory bread, half the sugar for 6-7 bread rolls. Millet banana bread
I wanted to make banana bread but I didn’t want to use just regular flour so I decided to mix it with millet flour. I did my search in but came up empty handed so I googled it and found one but not as I like so I made this and it’s delicious.

Fried Bread
This is a recipe for fried bread that is used to make Indian Tacos. This is a yeast version. I revised a recipe that my mother-in-law gave me into easy to make measurements.-The moisture of the dough may vary depending on the type of flour used and the humidity, so adjust accordingly.-The dough should be just a little bit softer than your earlobe.-I used the rapid rise type of yeast that can be used instantly after mixed with the flour. Buttermilk White Bread
My husband is bread lover. And in this situation of self quarantine #stayhome because of the Covid-19 spreading everywhere, we won’t take a chance to go to grocery or bakery just to get the bread. So this is my 1st time of making bread ever. At first I feel nervous because I am going to use buttermilk powder instead of buttermilk. Long short story before the city’s lockdown we couldn’t find any buttermilk or milk at the store. Luckily we got dry cultured buttermilk powder. We just grabbed and brought it home. At that moment we just think “we rather have it and not need it than need it but don’t have it”. So now I have to think how to use it and to not waste it. And here’s I present my homemade buttermilk bread from my kitchen using cultured buttermilk powder.

Oil-Free Miso Bread with Cake Flour
A user taught me that you can make the best bread using cake flour by not including too many ingredients. Since the gluten content is also low if you add too much to the dough it just weighs it down. So when I thought about cutting down on the extra ingredients I figured I could use whatever I had at home. Checking the fridge I discovered miso, and figured that fermented foods are good for you. That's how this bread came to be.The moisture of the miso varies, so add it carefully while keeping that in mind. This is my personal preference, but since I like the bottom of the bread to have a nice baked color and be crispy, I bake them with that intent. I also like the aroma of the miso. Recipe by Ryouko

Basic white bread for bread machine
I am a failure sometimes at gadgets. I make this because it doesn’t fail on me (much). Makes a nice heavy bread and my kitchen smells great. The recipe that came with the manual was a culinary nightmare with the top never cooking right. This recipe I found on line is so much better. Make it at night. Then in the morning the bread is still warm...

Koppepan, School Lunch Bread Rolls
I made these for my boyfriend, who's never had koppe-pan before. I wanted to make a simple bread that had a subtle sweet flavor when you chewed on it.*This is a relatively easy dough to handle, so I think that even beginners can make this bread. I urge you to try this out, so that you can experience the deliciousness of freshly baked bread.*There is going to be some discrepancy between my oven and yours, so please adjust the temperature as you need to. I've specified rather high oven temperatures, so I think it's best to start baking the rolls at 200 °C (400 °F). Recipe by Chibikoro

Bread Machine Whey Bread
I ended up with a lot of whey to bake a yogurt cake, so I baked this to use it up.In the winter, bring the whey to room temperature first. The bread will rise, so 3 g of instant dry yeast is sufficient. The photo shows the bread 5 minutes after being taken out of the bread machine. Deep fried Turkey chipotle garlic bread
My refrigerator was full of Thanksgiving leftovers so I came up with this idea

Basic fluffy white bread
After a very long hunt I finally found the perfect fluffy bread recipe from a friend and tweaked it to makes my own. I used semolina to really add flavor. I can tell when it's been left out. Also the wheat protein is crucial to the light and fluffy texture. You can get bread flour and leave it out since that's what bread flour is. I just don't like storing different plain flour.

Bread

Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine
I like sausage bread so I make them often, but twisting the dough around the sausages is pretty hard. So I thought up an easy but still attractive way to make the rolls.I always pay attention to how much the dough rises. The rolls may look complicated, but they are actually easy. I used to use sausages on skewers or use two small ones at once before I found these sausages. These ones have 8 per package, and are just right for making this sausage bread. Recipe by Mimimiccho

Rustic Garlic Herb Bread
This bread is so simple to throw together and will have your house smelling amazing. If you'd prefer though, you can make this bread without the herbs/garlic/parmesan for just a nice, basic bread. It will still be amazing. Recipe adapted from: thestayathomechef.com

Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread
I created this recipe because I wanted to make very light and chewy bread.I think this bread is softer than baby's bum! This recipe is too easy so there are no special tips, but please handle the bread gently since freshly baked ones are very tender. If you are eating these the day after they're baked, microwave them and they'll become light and fluffy again! German bread
I moved to the US from Germany and figured out the easiest way to get good bread is doing it on my own.You also can use just whole wheat flour or put in for example pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds or onions. This is just a simple and fast ground mix, vary it as you like.Once it is done let it rest for ten minutes then cut a few slices and add butter and a little bit salt ;-)You also can toast it the next day and do sandwiches.Don't put it in a plastic bag, just cover it so it doesn't dry out completely till you ate it all.My grandma used to do bread soup with the dry leftovers, for this best cut it in slices and let it dry...
