  2. 2 sachets of yeast,
  3. Oil as required
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder

    Pick and wash rice thoroughly, fetch a quarter cup and cook until soft. Mix washed rice, cooked rice, yeast and blend until smooth.

    Add water to reach required consistency. Cover mixture and leave to rise

    Grease with oil, scoop half cup of mixture, pour in the pan and cover to fry.

    Do this until mixture finishes and serve hot with desired soup

    Wash nonstick pan, wipe off the water and place on the burner.
