Ingredients

30 mins
  1. Scotch bonnet
  2. Eggs
  3. Onion
  4. Sardines
  5. Seasonings
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Persely
  8. For the Tea you need;
  9. Milk(I uses powdered)
  10. bagTea
  11. Sugar
  12. stickCinnamon
  13. Cardamon
  14. Ginger
  15. Cloves
  16. Mint

Cooking Instructions

    Break your eggs in a separate bowl

  2. 2

    Open your caned sardines and separate the fish from the oil

  3. 3

    Cut your onions and grate your scotchbonnet and put them in your eggs

  4. 4

    Add your seasoning and sardines

  5. 5

    Whisk it lightly

  6. 6

    Set your pan on fire and put a little vegetable oil when it is hot pour your egg mixture then stir as in to make it scrambled

  7. 7

    For the tea I put all the ingredients in a pot and pour water then set on fire

  8. 8

    I let it boil for like 3-5 mins then I sieve it in a cup

  9. 9

    I then add milk and sugar to my taste

  10. 10

    Then serve with bread and scrambled egg with sardines
