Cooking Instructions

Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and milk, and mix well. Add the sunflower oil, cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder. Beat well until the cake batter is fluffy. Grease a baking pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- 2
Once baked, let it cool. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate syrup. In a saucepan, combine the milk, oil, sugar, and cocoa powder. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly. Add the dark chocolate and stir until melted and fully combined. Cut the cake into slices, poke holes in the top, and pour the hot syrup over it. Let it cool a bit, then refrigerate for 4 hours.

If you like, sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles on top and serve! Enjoy!

Vegan Yogurt Muffins with Chocolate Chips 🧁🍫🏳️🌈 Vegan Yogurt Muffins with Chocolate Chips 🧁🍫🏳️🌈
I got this recipe from a French girl's website, "Perle en sucre," because I wanted a recipe with more yogurt than the usual 100-125 grams. This one has a full 300 grams of yogurt! Compared to the original, I made a few changes: I replaced vanilla extract, which I didn't have, with a packet of vanillin, increased the baking powder, and reduced the chocolate chips to make the batter lighter and help it rise better in the oven. If your yogurt is vanilla-flavored, you don't even need to add any extra flavoring. Annalisa 🏳️🌈🦄Translated from Cookpad Italy -

Soft Orange and Chocolate Bundt Cake 🍊🍫 Soft Orange and Chocolate Bundt Cake 🍊🍫
Inspired by the recipe "heart of orange and chocolate chips" by "La Donatella", I created my own bundt cake version. Since I didn't have Grand Marnier, I used the juice of two oranges and replaced the chips with pieces of dark chocolate. Soft and fragrant, it's exactly the dessert I was looking for. SCONES with red berries & white chocolate chips!! 🍓🥛 SCONES with red berries & white chocolate chips!! 🍓🥛
Today I’m bringing you this SCONE recipe that I love!! I’ve been making it for years because honestly, they turn out so good…I discovered them when I got here. In Spain, you don’t usually see them in bakeries or pastry shops. And look, we’re ‘close’ to England, but still—nothing! They’re pastries typically enjoyed in England during tea time, originally from Scotland. But just like the English brought their customs when they came to the U.S., they also brought scones! They can be round, triangular, square… I chose to make them triangular. They come out crispy on the outside and slightly cakey on the inside. I’m obsessed… I love them!I made these with dried red berries and white chocolate chips, but you can make them with whatever you like best!Oh! And they’re super easy to make!! Give them a try and let me know!!#june2026 Chus Molinero -
