Cooking Instructions
- 1
Thoroughly clean the strawberries and dry them with paper towels. Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler.
- 2
Dip 6 of the 12 strawberries into the melted chocolate and place them on a sheet of parchment paper to set. Refrigerate. Put the remaining melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe chocolate curls or decorations onto another sheet of parchment paper. Place in the freezer.

Prepare 2 bowls. In the first, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In the second, add the sugar to the yolks and mix until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add the mascarpone and mix well. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until fully combined.
- 4
Add the remaining 6 strawberries, chopped into small pieces, to the cream mixture.
- 5
Take 3 serving dishes and spread a layer of the cream mixture on the bottom. Dip a ladyfinger into the milk sweetened with powdered sugar, then place it on top of the cream. Add another layer of cream, and repeat the layers once more. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Chocolate Tiramisu Chocolate Tiramisu
When I started this post this morning, my husband and I had no idea of the news we would hear later in the day. A good friend of ours past away this morning from a motorcycle accident in Athens. This post is dedicated to George….:( Rest in Peace.Hiiii, I have made this Chocolate Tiramisu many times before, and what I like about it is that it is different from the usual Italian version. Not that I don’t love that version don’t get me wrong I love Tiramisu, this one just differs in the base. It is made with semi sweet chocolate, espresso and coffee liqueur. Nice combination right! 🙂 Even though I am not a big lover of chocolate, like I have mentioned before…I do enjoy a piece of this tiramisu once in a while…:)I tend to make this recipe in a bowl and not in a baking pan. (you can choose which ever you prefer) What I usual do is a have a large serving spoon, and just serve it this way. I hope you enjoy this recipe!! Foodzesty -
Creamy Chocolate Tiramisu Creamy Chocolate Tiramisu
I have been making this cake for my tiramisu loving husband for a very long time This year, I added the ganache chocolate for Valentine's Day.Ladyfinger biscuits soak up liquids quickly, so just soak it for a short time and it should be enough. It's surprisingly easy to make because it's basically just forming the layers in order If you don't include the chocolate ganache, it will be a normal tiramisu. For 4 cups. Tiramisu-style Strawberry Mousse Tiramisu-style Strawberry Mousse
I thought that cream cheese with the tartness of strawberries might be too rich. Adding mascarpone cheese made this recipe more delicious.Use small strawberries. If you have it on hand, adding strawberry liqueur will make this even more delicious. If you like a richer taste, you can use all cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese.I don't add lemon juice because it makes the flavor too sour. You can adjust the amount of granulated sugar to your liking. Strawberry Tiramisu Roll Cake Strawberry Tiramisu Roll Cake
I had a strawberry tiramisu cake that was super delicious, o I wanted to try making a roll cake, too.Dried fruit will plump while cooking, so cut it into small pieces.Dissolve 1~2 drops of food coloring into water and add to Step 9. (If you add the food coloring as-is, you'll end up with red splotches.)If the baking time is too short, it will be too soft and won't peel off the baking sheet. So please be sure to bake until the surface turns a nicely baked color. For 27 x 27 cm [10.6 x 10.6 in] baking pan. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Chocolate tiramisu Chocolate tiramisu
For about three straight years during the early 2010's, my go-to Christmas gift for close friends and family was homemade tiramisu. They were pretty elaborate things fit for the season, courtesy a recipe from Anna Olson. For this Christmas, I decided to revisit tiramisu, but because it's only for ourselves I pared it way down. I also bumped up the chocolate content, for my wife and daughter. No surprise, they loved it. Robert Gonzal -
Strawberry and Rhubarb Tiramisu Strawberry and Rhubarb Tiramisu
The other day I was at a party at a dessert buffet and I had tiramisu with rhubarb. It was so delicious so I decided to try making my own using strained yogurt and strawberries. It's best to prepare this the night before so that the biscuits soak up the juices. If you don't have rhubarb, use more strawberries or other berries. You can also use mascarpon, which will give a really rich taste. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -
Tiramisu Tiramisu
Tiramisu is such a delicious dessert from Italy with many variations. In my version I left out the uncooked egg yolks and used vanilla flavored whipped cream blended with the marscapone for a loghtens creamy filling and topping. It's a great ending to any meal with its great coffee, vanilla flavor. fenway -

Tiramisu Tiramisu
This recipes is the result of a lot of trial and error. I've been making this for the past 10 years. This time, I made it for my hubby's 40th birthday. The strawberry compote is just a mix of strawberries and sugar simmered together. You could also make this the traditional way and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. I topped it with strawberry compote based on my hubby's request. Coating the biscuits with a generous amount of butter will make it crunchy. Recipe by Mon*chou-chou* cookpad.japan
