Ingredients

3hrs 30mins
20 Pieces
  1. 250 gflour
  2. 1 cup+4tbsp Water
  3. 1large egg
  4. 4 tbspnpowdered milk
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 tspflavor

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients

    Add egg and flavor (I used butter scotch flavor bcox is my favorite flavor I really like it's scent)
    Add water and mix

    Mix and knead everything together
    Add butter and give it a good knead
    NOTE: When you add butter the dough will be steaky and break into pieces... DO NOT ADD FLOUR
    Keep kneading the dough will get back together and it will be soft

    You will knead for 30mins with hands (set your timer ⏲️)
    If you er mixing with machine you will only mix for 12-15mins
    To get a soft and fluffy dough

    Take your rolling pin spread out some flour

    Cut the dough and roll out
    Don't roll the dough too thin
    Let it be thick

  6. 6

    Cut it with donut cutter or into any shape of your choice
    Spread flour on the surface dat you will keep the donut and let it rise (to avoid damaging the donut while it rised)

    Cover the donut and let it rise for 2-3Hrs at room temperature
    Get your pan with some oil
    Heat your pan at low heat to get a ring line on your donuts

    Fry and enjoy 😋😋😋😉
