Bowl mein boil potato ko mash karyn phir is mein chop onion salt green chili paste chat masala chili flakes chop dhaniya podina sub acha se mix kar k is ko filling ready kryn

Ab paratha k bail lein us mein potato filling kryn upar se cheese ki filling kryn aur dosri roti bhi bel kar achy se fix kryn aur oil mein fry kryn
