Buckwheat flour is mostly consumed during fasting. You can make halwa, puri, parathas, and fritters with buckwheat flour. Buckwheat flour potato paratha is very delicious. We served it with yogurt and green chutney.

Cooking Instructions

Take the buckwheat flour in a bowl. Peel and grate the boiled potatoes into it.

Add grated ginger, rock salt, and black pepper powder. Chop the green chili and add it as well.

Mix everything together. Knead the dough with water as needed. Apply a little oil to the dough and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Take some dry buckwheat flour in a bowl. Make dough balls. Coat them with dry flour and roll them out.

Apply a little oil and fold the dough. Apply oil again and fold to make a dough ball.

Coat this dough ball with dry flour and roll it out again. Heat a griddle. Place the rolled-out bread on the griddle.

Cook the bread by applying ghee on both sides. Make all the breads in this way.

Your buckwheat flour potato paratha is ready.

Serve with yogurt and green chutney.
