  2. 5Carrot
  3. 1/2 cabbage
  4. 1 onions
  5. garlic and ginger paste
  6. salt
  7. Veg oil
  8. curry
  9. thyme
  10. minced meat
  11. cumin & seasoning
  12. Cornstarch
  13. grated peppers

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add vegetable oil allow to heat up slightly

  2. 2

    Then add a lot of onions allow fry a bit add ginger & garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add grated peppers and spices

  4. 4

    Allow it to fry a bit then add your minced meat

  5. 5

    Add little water cover and allow to cook for 5 mins after 5 mins open the pot

  6. 6

    Adjust the taste cover for 1 more min and off the heat

  7. 7

    Add the filings and wrap

  8. 8

    Fry in sizzling oil until golden brown. enjoy!

    Add all your vegetable cover again for 4 mins open up the pot and add cornstarch

  10. 10

    Spread your spring roll sheets
