Ingredients

Serves 3-4 servings
  1. 250 gramscabbage (about 9 ounces)
  2. 150 gramspork belly (about 5 ounces)
  3. 20 gramsminced garlic (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  4. 10 gramsdried chili peppers (about 1 tablespoon)
  5. 20 gramsgreen onion segments (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  6. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  7. 1 teaspoonspicy bean paste
  8. 1 tablespoonrice wine
  9. 1 tablespoonblack vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Tear the cabbage into small pieces and slice the pork belly.

    In a dry pan, cook the pork belly to render the fat, then add minced garlic and dried chili peppers to sauté until fragrant.

    Season with the sauces, add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Splash some black vinegar around the edge of the pan, then mix in the green onion segments.
