1/5 head(about 540g) cabbage
1.4 oz (40 g)bacon
1/4 teaspoonnutmeg
2 teaspoons (10 g)butter

Cut the bacon into thin strips.

Shred the cabbage into 2-3 mm strips.

In a small pot, sauté the bacon with butter and nutmeg for 1 minute.

Add the cabbage and salt, and cook until the cabbage is tender. (3-4 minutes over medium heat)
