Ingredients

  1. 1large bowl fresh peas
  2. 4-5 piecescauliflower
  3. 50 gramspaneer
  4. 3-4green chilies
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 2 teaspoonsspinach puree
  7. 2boiled potatoes
  8. 2 teaspoonsgram flour
  9. 2-3 slicesbread
  10. 2 teaspoonscorn flour
  11. as neededFresh cilantro
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 teaspoondried mango powder
  14. 1.5 teaspoonskitchen king masala
  15. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  16. 2 teaspoonsghee
  17. 2-3 teaspoonsoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Lightly blanch the cauliflower and peas, then place them in a jar. Add green chilies and grind coarsely.

    Grate the potatoes and add them to the ground peas and fresh cilantro.

    Add kasuri methi, mashed paneer, and spinach puree.

    Mix in all the spices and break the bread slices into the mixture.

    Roast the gram flour in ghee and add it to the mixture. Form small balls and lightly coat them in corn flour to prevent them from bursting while frying.

    Top with half cashews and shallow fry on a skillet. The kebabs will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
