  5. Scottish bonnet
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Onion

    Peel the yam and cut it straight

  2. 2

    Boil the yam with salt and fry it till it change to golden brown.

  3. 3

    Marinade the minced meat and cook it after 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with hot chocolate or any drinks of your choice.
