This is a sweet stuffed paratha of khova or khoya(milk solids), almond powder and sugar. I added cardamom powder and nutmeg powder to enhance the taste.

This is a sweet stuffed paratha of khova or khoya(milk solids), almond powder and sugar. I added cardamom powder and nutmeg powder to enhance the taste.
Steps

First take wheat flour, add salt and water, gradually add water and make a soft dough and keep aside

Now for making stuffing -take khoya in a borosil glass bowl (microwave safe bowl)

Heat for 20 seconds so that khova will become soft

Don't overcook as it can get burnt very fast

Now transfer this soft khova in a plate

Add powdered sugar, almond powder, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder

Combine everything well with your hand gently and make a dough

Divide the dough in 4 parts and keep aside

Now take a small portion of wheat dough

Roll it a little like thick coin paratha

Place the stuffing in the centre

Hold the edges and seal the opening

Now roll gently and give a shape of paratha

Shallow fry on tawa or a pan by spreading ghee

Cook on one side then flip the paratha, again apply ghee or butter and roast till it we get nice crisp on both the sides

Badam khova sweet paratha is ready to serve
