8 slices

  2. 12 oz.frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  3. 8 oz.sharp cheddar cheese
  4. 2 oz.white cheddar
  5. 2 oz.shredded parmesan
  6. 2 tbsp.all purpose flour
  7. 1 cupmilk

  14. 1/4 tsp.seasoned salt
  15. 1/4 tsp.paprika

Cooking Instructions

90 mins
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the spinach according to package directions and let it cool slightly (enough to be able to handle it). In a large bowl toss the shredded cheeses with the flour. Then add in the milk, egg, bacon, garlic and all seasonings and mix.

  2. 2

Drain all excess liquid out of the spinach (I do this with a nut milk bag) and then stir the spinach into the cheese mixture. Pour it all into the frozen pie crust.

  3. 3

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it sit and cool for 15 or so minutes before cutting and serving.

I love to bake and to try out new recipes! I'm always on the lookout for simple dinners for busy weeknights. A lot of the recipes I post on here are ones I've found on Pinterest or from different bloggers, and that I've tried and really enjoyed, but I always reference to where I got the recipe from in the recipe description and the pictures are my own. If there's no source listed, then it's a rare recipe that I came up with. I have two wonderful kids and I hope to pass on my love of cooking and baking to them.
