This recipe is originally from my kids grandmother and we've tweaked it a bit to our liking. It makes a delicious side item or a base for a lighter meal
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the spinach according to package directions and let it cool slightly (enough to be able to handle it). In a large bowl toss the shredded cheeses with the flour. Then add in the milk, egg, bacon, garlic and all seasonings and mix.

Drain all excess liquid out of the spinach (I do this with a nut milk bag) and then stir the spinach into the cheese mixture. Pour it all into the frozen pie crust.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it sit and cool for 15 or so minutes before cutting and serving.
