Ingredients

  1. 3ripe bananas
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/4 cupoil (about 60 grams)
  4. 1/4 cupsugar (about 60 grams)
  5. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 230 grams)
  6. 1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder (about 20 grams)
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (about 2 grams)
  8. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda (about 2 grams)
  9. 3/4 teaspoonbaking powder (about 3 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel 3 overripe bananas with black spots and place them in a bowl. Mash the bananas with a fork. Add oil, eggs, salt, and sugar, then mix.

    Add the sifted cocoa powder and stir slightly. Add the sifted all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix well.

    Place in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) and bake for 60 to 70 minutes. If the cake surface starts to change color, cover with aluminum foil to prevent drying out. Insert a toothpick into the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
